Armchair Philanthropy
Old Lore are working to bring the arts community together during these uncertain times and they need your help. Despite the arts sector all but completely shut down by COVID-19 artists are still creating and easing the worlds troubles. From a beautiful song to a captivating image the arts transcend adversity and instil hope in our hearts. Old Lore together with Armchair Philanthropy are appealing for you to contribute financially to help us create. If you would like to contribute to Old Lore please follow the link below:

Old Lore are working on a collaborative project which will seek to employ musicians, artists, photographers, dancers, film-makers and more. With a strong focus, but not limited to indigenous creatives Old Lore strive to connect community and reflect the culture of our times.
With influences as diverse as community leader Uncle Archie Roach to political song writers such as John Lennon new variations are distilled from both opaque and transparent layers.
What does it mean to be an indigenous Australian in a modern era fascinates Old Lore and the endless oscillation of meaning this creates. What starts out as yearning soon becomes corroded into a cacophony of defeat, leaving only a sense of unreality and the dawn of a new synthesis.
As spatial forms become frozen through frantic and repetitive practice, the listener is left with an epitaph for the possibilities of our culture.
Old Lore will keep you updated on how your philanthropy is helping them achieve their goals. Follow them online and get special invitations and offers.
